Callaway X-24 Hot Irons offering more confidence for golfers

I ‘m a big fan of Callaway golf, and was fortunate to have got one newest generation golf set from the company- Callaway X-24 Hot Irons, which offered me more confidence on the green.

I got this Callaway X-24 Hot Irons set from cheap golf clubs online shop at 80% discount of its shop price. I was wondering if it can perform well, but after trying for a time, I was surprised by it.

Once again Callaway takes VFT (Variable Face Thickness) Technology to new levels. These are as long as my Wilson Di9's and they aren't as strongly lofted. The Pitching Wedge on these is now a rather common 45* (which used to be the 9 Iron of old) vs the exceptionally stron 42.5* of my Wilson Staff Powerful Whallop…er uh…Pitching Wedge. 45* is now considered common in the industry, and when a company manages to get them as evenly blanced as these are, the stronger loft is really no bg deal. These are long and smooth, without a dash of harshness.  I did find, however that the Uniflex Steel felt more even throughout the set.

The first thing I noticed about these Callaway X-24 Hot Irons is the loft. Having owned several Callaway sets, there is a noticeable decrease in loft, giving you longer and flatter shots. For example, I have added almost 10 yards on my 4-6 irons. The face on these is quite forgiving, and I hit straighter with these irons than any other set I have played. The sole of the club is rather wide, and the contour glides easily on fairway shots. The clubs have a lot of weighting at the toe and heel, and this also helps keep your shot straight.

Key Features of the X-24 Hot Irons:

Callaway are innovators in the golfing field and their golfing irons come with excellence as standard including:

360 degree undercut channel

VFT Face Technology with larger sweet-spot

Precision Weight in clubhead

Stealth PVD finish

Forged composite head

With these hot irons, your trajectory and aim will be much improved, as will the length of your shot. The design of the iron is very striking and the Callaway Golf- X-24 Hot Irons make your shot straighter, faster and surer. The Callaway Golf- X-24 will certainly take your golfing expertise to the next level! You cannot miss the great selection.

Brand newest Titleist 910 D2 Driver is best worthwhile for golfers

Are you seeking for the best proper golf sets? Here you do not need to wonder. The cheap golf clubs online shop offers you newest golf clubs with gree shipping. The newest golf sets in this year are Taylormade R11 series, Ping G20 series and Titleist 712 series, etc. Now I woule like to introduce the hottest selling Titleist 910 D2 Driver to golfers.

Unlike the 909, the buzz leading up to the release of Titleist’s 910 series of drivers, fairway woods, and hybrids, was nothing less then deafening.  Until TaylorMade’s R11 was announced, the 910 was THE hot club for 2011.  And with the 910 series came some changes to the lineup.  Like the triangular D1 before it, it appears that the composite DComp has disappeared as suddenly as it arrived.  The D3 model is still around, and still features all titanium construction and a 445cc head.  The 910 D2 model we tested features a standard 460cc head.  Both are .5° open.  Titleist claims the 910 series it’s the most technologically advanced driver they’ve ever made (would you expect anything different).  The literature says the face has a 15% larger maximum ball speed area, which we think means you don’t have to be dead center to be long.

The Titleist 910 D2 driver has a 460cc head and a higher MOI of 5005 grams per cm squared than the Titleist 910 D3 driver for a straighter ball flight with mid to low spin rates. The D2 driver comes with a headcover wrench, lined valuables pouch and SureFit Tour instruction booklet and a weight kit of 2, 5, 7, 9 and 12g bevel weights can be bought as an accessory.

Awesome Club…Keeper for years to come

Date:July 25, 2011

This club is money!! Just replaced this D2 driver from Taylormade Supertri R9 and I am happy to say that this club gave me an exrtra 12 yards on distance and most importanty, more accurate drives on the fairway. Cheap golf clubs online shop newgolfstock.com helps you get beat quality golfg sets at best sale price. The blue Diamana was fitted for me so I highly recommend getting fitted. I also got the 910 3 wood which actually met distance with my R9 Driver. i am now looking into the 19 and 24 hybrid clubs. This club is definitely easy to hit and is very stable. The sound, feel, distance, control, and accuracy are just there for me. Love it and would highly recommend it.

Ping G20 Irons advantages to its predecessors review

In terms of feel, for us, this was a big area of improvement that really helped the Ping G20 stand out, especially from earlier G5 and G10 models. Lower handicappers will enjoy the feedback.

The Ping G20 irons replace the G15 irons and the 10% thinner face is the same size as the previous model, which enables Ping to move the weight saved into the sole of the club. The G20 has a wider sole than its predecessor, particularly in the toe area, which increases the moment of inertia and forgiveness of the iron. At address the clubhead sits very well behind the ball, although in some of the longer irons you can see the back of the cavity, which may not appeal to all.

The sound and feel of the Ping G20 irons at impact were every bit as good as the G15 and the flight was maybe slightly higher thanks to the extra weight in the sole. However get custom fitted by Ping to and you will get a set of G20 irons that will help you get the distance and trajectory to suit your game.

The G20s come in 3 iron to lob wedge or you can blend in the excellent G20 hybrid instead of the long irons. There are four flexes of shaft in either the TFC 169i graphite shafts or a new CFS steel shaft for ‘control, feel and stability ’ which was lovely to hit. Overall the G20 iron is a bit more evolution than revolution, but this is still going to be one of the best irons in the market for mid-handicappers.

Overall, the Ping G20 irons give you excellent performance on the green, and the site newgolfstock.com titled as cheap golf clubs online shop will be the best destination, here you can find the newest generation in this year and save much by getting them here.

Learn How to Hit a Draw in Golf

In CategoryGolf Tips
Byadmin

One of the substantial tools in a golfer's toolbox is a draw shot. A golfer would need to learn how to hit this bang on, if he or she needs to do well on the golf course. Generally a draw shot, also named as a hook, starts from the right, and then carefully curves back from the left. Sometimes it also happens that the shot starts on the right and continues going towards the right. Now this shot is unavoidable in case of road blocks and when a golfer cannot take a direct – straight shot at the target. Experts opine that even the dreaded slice can be corrected with this draw shot. So can we create a shot for how to hit a draw? Let's begin! Wholesale Golf clubs

How to Hit a Draw in Golf

I am sure those into golf reading this needn't be told what all is required when you are looking at how do you hit a draw. Nevertheless, you will obviously need golf clubs and other equipment. Now let us get on to the actual procedure.

Draw #1

Getting the stance right and in place is fundamental to any golf shot. There are different stances for different golf shots and golf swings. For a draw a golfer will have to get into a 'close stance'. This stance, simply put is a stance where the golfer points slightly to the right of the target. The rear foot has to be moved back a couple of inches for the line along the top of the toes to point to the right of the target. But the shoulders have to be pointed along the line of the target, with the swing as well.

Draw #2

Now, this stance will lead to an inside a golf swing plane. It can very well result in a swing plane where the club will go back in the normal pathway. This is followed by the club continues on the outside of the same swing path after it hits the ball. This is exactly what leads to the right left swing on the ball.

Draw #3

Now regarding how to hit a draw with your driver, a player will have to strengthen the grip on the club and ensure that the ball moves to the left. To ensure that the ball turns to the left, the golfer will turn his hands a little bit to the right while maintaining the same proper golf grip. The club face will be closing on impact with this grip, which will eventually lead to getting the side spin. The end point will be curving of the ball to the left.

Draw #4

The next in line when it comes to how to hit a draw is releasing the final 12 inches. The closer the club comes to the ball, try and speed up the final 12 inches before the ball and the club come in contact. Here right hand arm will turn over left, as a consequence of releasing the hands into and through the ball. Speed up just the last 12 inches, no need to speed up the whole swing. All this will lead to the execution of side spin in the appropriate direction.

Draw #5

When a golfer is looking at hitting a draw, or any golf shot for that matter, he makes sure that the weight is duly transferred. It is extremely important for a golf shot to come about as good. The weight transfer in this shot has to be from the rear leg to the front. If this does not happen the golf club face will open on account of the swing plane drifting outside.

Last, but not the least, practice and if you feel you are getting complacent about how to hit a draw and are overdoing it, work on the adjustments – grip, stance and so on to get this draw in your golf repertoire. You will hit it fine and with control! I tee off here! All the best!

Forgiving and Playable Ping G15 Irons Review

Ping G15 irons

Ping has created a great iron take the right balance of forgiveness and playability and have been praised in many golf reviews. Depending on the target audience depends on how those factors are balanced out. Typically when you go down the “game-improvement” iron road, it means big offset, wide soles, draw biased irons.  But not everyone that needs a game improvement iron slices the ball. Sometimes it might just be less practice and infrequency of play that the golfer might desire a “game-improvement” iron. The Ping G15 irons from Ping are "game-improvement" all the way, but with a slight fade bias.

Seven grams of weight have been removed from the tuning port in the back of the head of the G15 irons and repositioned to help provide high launch and optimal spin. The face is thinner than previous models and weight is added to the toe of the head for more stability and forgiveness. The Ping G15 irons should suit golfers who want high-quality game-improving irons, need to gain more accuracy and distance, and prefer large, confidence-inspiring heads.

Like its predecessor, the G15 is an oversized iron designed for players seeking maximum forgiveness. However, several changes have been made which PING believes should make the club even more forgiving.

The epicenter of the G15's technological advances is the new Custom Tuning Port ("CTP"). While the G10 had a CTP, PING engineers reshaped and repositioned the CTP to save seven grams. The weight savings of a thinner face allowed the engineers move weight to the perimeter – particularly the toe – to improve forgiveness for off-center hits as well as increase MOI. PING believes that these changes provide the proper structure and support to ensure distance control and solid feel.

A second change from the G10 is the sole design. A wider sole positions the center of gravity lower and farther back to increase launch angle as well as "ensure a smooth transition through the turf." To offset the higher trajectories, PING strengthened the lofts of every iron by 1 degree.

The last semi-major change from the G10 is that the Ping G15 irons conform to the new USGA groove rule.

More Workability Cleveland CG Red Irons Review

Cleveland CG Red irons

The Cleveland CG Red irons are the preferred option for Cleveland Golf's Tour staff. With a classic "player" profile, this club fits the eye of the accomplished golfer. The name Red highlights the clubs' most distinctive feature – the red gelback material that is placed in the bottom cavity of each of the irons. In many golf reviews, these irons are just described as excellent irons for low-handicappers.

The CG Red irons have combined Gelback Technology and next generation Micro-Cavity Technology (MCT) to offer better players increased benefits in the areas of feel, forgiveness and fit. The Cleveland CG Red irons differ from the CG Gold as they have a classic 'player profile' that low handicappers and tour players prefer. Cleveland Golf's newly patented Gelback Technology consists of a lightweight, visco-elastic, vibration-dampening material, which is placed directly behind the hitting area of the clubface in the back cavity of the iron. Gelback is vibration-tuned to remove unwanted vibration on miss-hits while still allowing the player the necessary feedback from the clubhead's soft yet responsive feel. The superior I-beam structural design of this next generation of MCT helps provide the highest strength possible to the topline of the Cleveland CG Red irons. The stiffer topline allows the face to remain undistorted and square through impact for more consistent and accurate shots. Impact vibration waves are also shortened by MCT, thus giving these irons a much more solid feel compared to traditional iron designs. This latest version of MCT not only provides added stability and forgiveness but also allows these irons to boast a 15% increase in their centre of gravity (CG). This improved CG has been achieved by redistributing 10 grams of weight to lower and deeper locations on the clubhead. The CG Red irons can be furthered dialled-in using colour-coded hosel markings that denote if the irons' lie angle are flat, standard or upright.

The Cleveland CG Red irons is a set of clubs that is suited to a low-handicapper (with the sister Cleveland CG Gold Irons a better fit for the high-handicapper). It has a slightly less offset to allow for more workability, and a slightly squarer toe that was altered in response to feedback from the company’s PGA Tour players.

Devon James has sold this video to a DVD company for $350,000, but nobody aside from her and her husband has actually seen it. They expect the sale to reach 5 million dollars, and 50% of which according to the contract will be James’s.

"You can see him clearly," the husband told the Daily News on Wednesday. "He's pretty dirty."

Nick James said he owns the copyright of the sex video since the purported sexcapades were filmed on his equipment. He said he sold it last week to the unnamed production company behind the website. "The release date is Nov. 15, unless Tiger's attorneys give us push back," he said. "But we haven't seen or heard from them. And what are they going to do, come shoot me?"

But Steven Hirsch, head honcho of Vivid said his people have seen this video without confirming that it was Tiger Woods in it. He said he is still trying to ID the players.

TaylorMade Tour Burner driver

Used by some of the biggest names in golf, including Sergio Garcia, the TaylorMade Tour Burner driver is an intense combination of raw power, advanced physics and unsurpassed control and forgiveness. This driver has received many positive golf reviews.

The new Tour Burner features a smaller, lighter and crown (by 12%) that distributes more mass lower the head. This new design helps shots take off higher, and with less spin, than they do with the previous Burner. The payoff is greater distance.

The TaylorMade Tour Burner driver head's exceptionally high MOI makes it extremely stable and forgiving on off-centre hits. That benefit, combined with the advantage provided by TaylorMade's renowned Inverted Cone clubface technology, results in even higher ball speed on off-centre hits. Inverted Cone Technology, characterized by a shallow cone milled directly onto the inner side of the clubface, changes the way the face behaves at impact so that a larger area of the face delivers higher ball speed.

Continuing TaylorMades unique technology advances, their inverted cone technology gives a faster ball speed from a larger portion of the clubface for long distance and improved accuracy even on off centre hits. Finally pieced together with a 60g Fujikura RE*AX Superfast graphite shaft giving any elite golfer with a fast swing speed more distance and power for exceptional tee shots.

One of the hottest Drivers on the market with a tour black finish and luxury design, a great club for any elite golfer to use and produce explosive power from the tee. The TaylorMade Tour Burner Driver is aimed at the elite golfer who requires not only distance but ultimate playability and workability to shape tee shots and control the ball flight.

Confident And Trusted Mizuno MP-60 Irons Review

Mizuno MP-60 irons

Mizuno is quite often recognized as the best forged irons on the market, on tour and with amateurs as well. And their clubs have always received positive golf reviews. I also have great respect for most of their other types of clubs (drivers, fairway woods, wedges), so whenever I see a Mizuno club, I am confident that the Mizuno name means quality. Anyway, Mizuno introduced the Mizuno MP-60 irons design in 2004/2005 with "cut-muscle". The cut muscle was a small section of the back of the iron that is cut out. The section is cut out in the perfect spot, eliminating any bias the iron may have.

The history of Mizuno's forged blades is long and full of success in the PGA, amateur and pro tours around the world, nobody can deny this. But it was just a few years ago that Mizuno started to produce bigger, and more "sophisticated" forged heads that not only offered superb feel and playability as usual, but now a word that had always been contrary to forged clubs became included in the package: FORGIVENESS.

The Mizuno MP-60 irons Cut Muscle Cavity continues to maximize the performance for today's more aggressive game. The Grain Flow Forged MP-60 is 4% larger and has a 10% larger sweet area when compared to its outstanding Cut Muscle counterpart, the MP-32. The Cut Muscle design in the MP-60 delivers a slightly higher ball flight in the long irons, and a mid trajectory in the scoring irons, while the Cut Muscle design precisely positions the COG in each club for a consistent and predictable ball flight. Manufactured from Grain Flow Forged 1025 select mild carbon steel which provides the ultimate soft, solid, consistent feel. Durable Double nickel chrome plated finish. Modified U-grooves on the Mizuno MP-60 irons produce the ideal spin rate for maximum playability in all conditions. Rolled leading edge, cambered mid-sole, and rolled trailing edge deliver consistent striking ability from all types of lies. In other golf reviews, the MP-60s are also said to be very excellent and trusted.

Best Game Improvement TaylorMade R7 CBG MAX Irons Review

TaylorMade R7 CGB MAX irons

TaylorMade vowed to make the new r7 CGB MAX family of clubs to be the very best game-improvement equipment that money can buy, and the TaylorMade R7 CBG MAX irons lived up to that promise. They were praised in golf reviews and hot on the golf market.

Well first off they look great, the tungsten weights at the back are visible and maybe look a bit odd, but they are to highlight that they are there so we can forgive that. The perimeter is chunky, with a thick topline (hollow so they can redistribute that weight) and a wide sole.

The TaylorMade R7 CBG MAX irons have kept the CG low by using a thinner steel face, which is also supposed to raise the COR, and taking the weight from that topline and adding it to the bottom, the tungsten weights help to take all the extra weight and keep it nice and low.

You can see the Inverted Cone Technology at the back of the face, and it has a similar cavity badge to the Burner irons to help dampen any harshness in their feel.

These clubs look very cutting edge. Given that they are TaylorMade, this is not very surprising. TaylorMade always seems to come up with high tech looking club offerings. From the textured black area on the backside of the clubface, to the black steel shafts…head to toe, these irons will look awesome in your bag.

Overall the TaylorMade R7 CBG MAX irons are very forgiving just as they are designed to be, with even the highest handicapper being able to get their shots up in the air and heading where they want them, in 2007 when they were released I probably would have said they were great for high handicappers as many other golf reviews have said so, but low-mid handicappers who need good feel and control will probably have to look elsewhere.
